Effect of Community Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes

目的分析2型糖尿病患者在社区中采用防治模式后的整体效果。方法选取80例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,均为2018年3月至2019年3月大连市中心医院收治,将所有研究对象按照是否经过社区卫生服务中心管理分为常规组(n=40,未实施防治模式)和试验组(n=40,实施防治模式),对比社区防治模式对两组患者的整体应用效果。结果试验组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平较常规组明显下降,组间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);试验组患者的糖尿病知识知晓程度评分明显高于常规组,组间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后,试验组患者的SAS、SDS评分低于常规组,组间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论社区防治模式可有效改善2型糖尿病患者的血糖指标,同时可帮助患者保持良好的心态,提高患者对疾病知识的知晓程度。

Objective To analyze the overall effect of prevention and treatment model for patients with type 2 diabetes in community. Methods A total of 80 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to Dalian Central Hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected, and all the subjects were divided into routine group(n=40, without prevention and treatment mode) and experimental group(n=40, with prevention and treatment mode) according to whether they were managed by community health service center. The overall application effect of community prevention and treatment mode on the two groups was compared. Results Fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2 h blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the routine group(P <0.05). The scores of diabetes knowledge awareness in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the routine group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of SAS and SDS in the experimental group were lower than those in the routine group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The community prevention and treatment model can effectively improve the blood glucose index of patients with type 2 diabetes, at the same time, it can help patients keep a good attitude and improve their awareness of disease knowledge.
