氨氯地平片联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Amlodipine Tablets Combined with Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets in the Treatment of Hypertension Complicated with Coronary Heart Disease

目的探讨氨氯地平片联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床效果。方法将122例高血压合并冠心病患者随机分为两组,各61例,对照组仅予以氨氯地平片治疗,研究组予以氨氯地平片联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,比较两组治疗前后的血压、血脂变化及临床疗效。结果治疗后,研究组收缩压(SBP)为(127.94±3.37)mm Hg,舒张压(DBP)(82.18±3.88) mm Hg,对照组分别为(135.15±6.11)mm Hg、(88.53±3.73)mm Hg,组间差异有显著性(P <0.05)。研究组血清总胆固醇(TC)为(1.88±0.58)mmol/L、三酰甘油(TG)为(5.17±0.51)mmol/L、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)为(3.09±0.64)mmol/L,对照组分别为(2.45±0.66)mmol/L、(5.62±0.74)mmol/L、(3.44±0.67)mmol/L,组间差异有显著性(P <0.05)。研究组总有效率为91.80%,明显高于对照组的81.96%(P <0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无显著性(P> 0.05)。结论对于高血压合并冠心病患者联合使用氨氯地平片与阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,能够有效降压的同时调节血脂,提升临床疗效。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of amlodipine tablets combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease. Methods One hundred and twenty-two patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease were randomly divided into two groups of 61 patients each. The control group were only treated with amlodipine tablets, while the study group were treated with amlodipine tablets combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets. The changes of blood pressure and blood lipid before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the systolic blood pressure(SBP) of the study group was(127.94±3.37) mm Hg, the diastolic blood pressure(DBP)(82.18±3.88) mm Hg, and the control group were(135.15±6.11) mm Hg and(88.53±3.73) mm Hg, respectively, the difference between the groups was significant(P <0.05). Serum total cholesterol(TC) of the study group was(1.88±0.58) mmol/L, triacylglycerol(TG) was(5.17±0.51) mmol/L, and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) was(3.09±0.64) mmol/L, the control group were(2.45±0.66) mmol/L,(5.62±0.74) mmol/L,(3.44±0.67) mmol/L, the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the study group was 91.80%, which was significantly higher than the control group’s 81.96%(P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P >0.05). Conclusion For patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease, the combined use of amlodipine tablets and atorvastatin calcium tablets can effectively reduce blood pressure while regulating blood lipids, and improve clinical efficacy.
