丁苯酞联合阿司匹林和氯吡格雷治疗老年脑梗死的疗效分析

Clinical Analysis of Butylphthalide Combined with Aspirin and Clopidogrel in the Treatment of Senile Cerebral Infarction

目的分析丁苯酞+阿司匹林+氯吡格雷治疗老年脑梗死的效果。方法试验样本为我院接收的70例老年脑梗死患者,病例均来自2018年3月至2019年7月,根据随机双盲法将其分为联合组(35例)与对照组(35例),前者应用丁苯酞+阿司匹林+氯吡格雷治疗,后者应用阿司匹林+氯吡格雷治疗,比较两组疗效。结果联合组患者治疗总有效率(94.29%)明显高于对照组(74.29%),神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS评分)、阻力指数(RI)明显低于对照组,日常生活能力评分(BI指数)、生活质量评定量表(WHOQOL-100评分)、脑动脉收缩期峰值流速(PSV)、平均血流速度(Vm)、舒张末期血流速度(EDV)、血管搏动指数(PI)明显高于对照组,组间比较P <0.05;两组患者不良反应发生率接近,组间比较P> 0.05。结论对老年脑梗死患者应用丁苯酞+阿司匹林+氯吡格雷治疗可取得很好的疗效,能有效改善其机体功能和血流动力学指标,且不良反应较少。

Objective To analyze the effect of butyphthalide aspirin clopidogrel on senile cerebral infarction. Methods Seventy cases of senile cerebral infarction received by our hospital, all cases were from March 2018 to July 2019, According to the random double blind method, it was divided into the combined group(35 cases) and the control group(35 cases), the former was treated with butyphthalide aspirin clopidogrel, the latter was treated with aspirin clopidogrel, compare the efficacy of the two groups. Results The total effective rate(94.29%) in the combined group was significantly higher than that in the control group(74.29%), the neurological deficit score(NIHSS score) and resistance index(RI) were significantly lower than those of the control group, the daily life ability score(BI index), quality of life rating scale(WHOQOL-100 score), peak systolic velocity of cerebral artery(PSV), average blood flow velocity(Vm), end-diastolic blood flow velocity(EDV), vascular pulsatility index(PI) were significantly higher than those of the control group, between groups P <0.05;the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was close, between groups P >0.05. Conclusion The treatment of butyphthalide aspirin clopidogrel in elderly patients with cerebral infarction can be effective, Can effectively improve its body function and hemodynamic indicators, and the adverse reactions are less.
