Objective To investigate the value of blood routine examination in perianal abscess. Methods A total of 96 patients with perianal abscess from December 2016 to December 2018 were selected as the observation group, and 96 healthy people were selected as the control group. Both groups of subjects underwent routine blood tests, including red blood cell count, white blood cell count, percentage of neutrophils, hemoglobin and platelets, etc., to compare the blood test results of the two groups, and compare the blood test results of patients with different stages of perianal abscess disease. Results The white blood cell count, neutrophil percentage, and platelet level of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the white blood cell count, neutrophil percentage, and platelet level of the observation group during abscess formation were significantly higher than those during fistula formation and acute inflammation stage(P<0.05). The white blood cell count and platelet level in the fistula formation stage of the observation group were significantly higher than those in the acute inflammation stage(P<0.05). Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis of perianal abscess disease, enhanced blood routine testing is helpful to judge the occurrence and development of the disease. The high levels of white blood cell count and neutrophil percentage during abscess formation can be used as a reliable treatment plan in accordance with.
