慢性肾功能衰竭患者血液透析后行整体护理干预对患者生活质量的影响

Effect of Holistic Nursing Intervention on the Quality of Life of Patients with Chronic Renal Failure After Hemodialysis

目的探讨整体护理干预对行血液透析的慢性肾功能衰竭患者生活质量的影响。方法选择2018年4月至2020年3月我院收治的行血液透析后的慢性肾功能衰竭患者102例作为研究对象,通过双盲法将其分为试验组及常规组,每组56例。常规组患者行常规护理,试验组患者行整体护理干预。比较两组患者炎性因子水平、肾功能指标及生活质量。结果试验组肿瘤坏死因子α、C反应蛋白、血尿素氮、血肌酐水平明显低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);试验组独立能力、个人信仰、社会关系、与周围环境关系、生理健康、心理状态评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论行血液透析的慢性肾功能衰竭患者应用整体护理干预的效果较好,能够降低患者的炎性因子水平,改善患者的肾功能,显著提升患者的生活质量。

Objective To study the effect of holistic nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with chronic renal failure after hemodialysis. Methods A total of 102 patients with chronic renal failure after hemodialysis who were admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the analysis objects, and they were divided into two groups by double-blind method, the experimental group(n=56) and the conventional group(n=56). Patients in the conventional group received routine nursing, and patients in the experimental group received holistic nursing intervention. The levels of inflammatory factors, renal function indexes, and quality of life scores among patients were compared and analyzed. Results The levels of tumor necrosis factor α, C-reactive protein, blood urea nitrogen, and blood creatinine in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the routine group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the experimental group’s independent ability, personal beliefs, social relationship, relationship with the surrounding environment, physical health, and mental state scores were higher than those of the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of holistic nursing intervention on patients with chronic renal failure after hemodialysis is good. It can reduce the level of inflammatory factors, improve the renal function of patients, and significantly improve the quality of life of patients.
