中医辨证护理联合细节护理在老年重症冠心病患者中的干预效果

Intervention Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Differentiation Nursing Combined with Detailed Nursing in Elderly Patients with Severe Coronary Heart Disease

目的研究中医辨证护理联合细节护理方法应用在老年重症冠心病当中的效果。方法将2019年2月至2020年6月的92例冠心病患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组均为46例,分别对两组患者配合中医辨证护理联合细节护理(观察组)和常规护理(对照组),比较护理效果。结果观察组的并发症发生率为6.52%,明显低于对照组的26.09%,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);护理之前两组患者生活质量均表现不佳,相互比较统计学无差异(P> 0.05),护理之后2个月,两组患者生活质量都得到改善,但观察组的生活质量优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论中医辨证护理联合细节护理应用在老年重症冠心病患者中可以有效降低并发症对患者的影响,提升患者生活质量,是有效的护理方法。

Objective To study the thinking of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation nursing and detailed nursing for elderly patients with severe coronary heart disease. Methods All 92 patients with coronary heart disease from February 2019 to June 2020 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each with 46 cases. The two groups of patients were treated with TCM syndrome differentiation and combined detailed nursing(observation group) and routine nursing(control group), compare nursing effects. Results Complications in the observation group accounted for 6.52%, which was lower than in the control group(26.09%), which was meaningful(P <0.05);there was no difference in the quality of life between the two groups before nursing(P >0.05). After 2 months of nursing, the observation group was better than the control group, meaningful(P <0.05). Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation nursing combined with detailed nursing in elderly patients with severe coronary heart disease can effectively reduce the impact of complications on patients and improve the quality of life of patients. It is an effective nursing method.
