临床护理路径在老年高血压患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Clinical Nursing Pathway in Elderly Hypertension Nursing

目的探究临床护理路径在老年高血压患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年9月至2019年10月本院收治的106例老年高血压患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组53例。对照组实施常规护理,试验组实施临床护理路径,比较两组患者护理前后的血压水平与护理后的生活质量。结果护理后,两组患者的舒张压与收缩水平均较护理前下降(t=12.578 4,15.331 7,14.885 2,18.616 6;P=0.0000,0.0000,0.0000,0.0000);且试验组护理后的血压降低幅度比对照组大(t=6.7356,3.8416;P=0.0000,0.0002);试验组护理后的疼痛、社会功能、生理功能、活力以及心理健康评分均高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论在治疗老年高血压患者过程中应用临床护理路径干预的效果显著,可降低患者的血压水平,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway in the nursing process of elderly hypertensive patients. Methods During the period from September 2018 to October 2019, 106 elderly hypertensive patients admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to the digital table method. The control group received routine nursing and the experimental group received clinical nursing path. The blood pressure level before and after nursing and the quality of life score after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results Diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in the experimental group and the control group were lower than before nursing(t1=12.578 4, P1=0.000 0;t2=15.331 7, P2=0.000 0;t3=14.885 2, P3=0.000 0;t4=18.616 6, P4=0.000 0). The blood Pressure in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(t1=6.735 6, P1=0.000 0;t2=3.841 6, P2=0.000 2). The quality of life scores of pain, social function, physiological function, vitality and mental health in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathway in the nursing process of elderly hypertensive patients is effective, which can reduce the blood pressure level of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.
