个性化护理对慢性乙型肝炎患者护理效果的影响

Effect of Individualized Nursing on Nursing Effect of Patients with Chronic Hepatitis B

目的探讨个性化护理对慢性乙型肝炎患者护理效果的影响。方法将我院2019年3月至2020年4月收治的140例乙型肝炎患者随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组70例患者采用个性化护理模式,对照组70例患者采用常规护理方式,护理前后应用汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评价个性化护理模式对乙型肝炎患者焦虑、抑郁的影响,比较两组患者的治疗依从性。结果护理后两组患者HAMD、SAS评分均较护理前降低,且观察组患者护理后HAMD、SAS评分比对照组下降显著,P <0.05。观察组患者护理后治疗依从性优于对照组患者,对比差异有统计学意义,P <0.05。结论对慢性乙型肝炎患者进行治疗的同时应用个性化护理措施可改善患者焦虑、抑郁状态,提高患者住院治疗依从性,从而提高治疗效果。

Objective To explore the effect of individualized nursing on the nursing effect of chronic hepatitis B patients. Methods One hundred and forty patients with hepatitis B treated in our hospital from March 2019 to April 2020 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. 70 patients in observation group adopted individualized nursing mode, while 70 patients in control group adopted conventional nursing mode. Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) and Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) were used to evaluate the effect of individualized nursing mode on anxiety, depression and treatment compliance of patients with hepatitis B before and after nursing. Results The scores of HAMD and SAS in both groups after nursing were lower than those before nursing, and the scores of HAMD and SAS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after nursing, P<0.05. The treatment compliance of patients in observation group after nursing was better than that of patients in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of individualized nursing measures in the treatment of patients with chronic hepatitis B can improve the anxiety and depression state of patients, improve the compliance of patients with hospitalization treatment, and improve the treatment effect.
