优质护理干预模式在接受胸腔闭式引流术治疗的肋骨骨折合并血气胸患者中的应用价值

Application Value of High-quality Nursing Intervention Model in Patients with Rib Fracture and Hemopneumothorax Treated by Closed Thoracic Drainage

目的探究优质护理干预模式在接受胸腔闭式引流术治疗的肋骨骨折合并血气胸患者中的应用价值。方法选取2017年1月至2020年6月我院收治的98例肋骨骨折合并血气胸患者,随机分为对照组与研究组,每组49例。两组患者均行胸腔式引流治疗,对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予优质护理干预模式,比较两组患者的并发症发生情况及生活质量[SF-36简明健康状况量表(SF-36)]。结果研究组并发症发生率为6.12%,而对照组并发症发生率为20.41%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。护理干预前,对照组SF-36评分为(21.86±4.32)分,研究组SF-36评分为(28.89±5.18)分,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。护理干预后,对照组SF-36评分为(22.75±4.67)分,研究组SF-36评分为(28.56±4.38)分,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在对肋骨骨折合并血气胸患者行胸腔闭式引流术治疗的过程中实施优质护理干预模式,可降低并发症发生率,有效改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the application value of high-quality nursing intervention mode in patients with rib fracture and blood pneumothorax treated by closed thoracic drainage. Methods A total of 98 patients with rib fractures and hemopneumothorax who were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to June 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group, with 49 cases in each group. Both groups of patients were treated with thoracic drainage, the control group was given conventional nursing care, and the study group was given a high-quality nursing intervention model. The complications and quality of life of the two groups were compared [36-item short-form health survey(SF-36) ]. Results The complication rate in the study group was 6.12%, while the complication rate in the control group was 20.41%, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Before nursing intervention, the SF-36 score of the control group was(21.86±4.32) points, and the SF-36 score of the study group was(28.89±5.18) points, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). After nursing intervention, the SF-36 score of the control group was(22.75±4.67) points, and the SF-36 score of the study group was(28.56±4.38) points, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of high-quality nursing intervention mode during the treatment of rib fractures with blood pneumothorax combined with closed thoracic drainage can reduce the incidence of complications and effectively improve the quality of life of patients.
