全程优质护理在急性上消化道出血内镜治疗中的应用效果

Application Effect of Whole-course High-quality Nursing in Endoscopic Treatment of Acute Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding

目的探究全程优质护理在急性上消化道出血内镜治疗中的应用效果。方法根据入院单号、双号将本院接收的80例急性上消化道出血内镜治疗患者平均分为两组,各40例,对照组开展常规护理,研究组则接受全程优质护理,统计各组住院时间、手术时间、一次性止血成功率、再出血率。结果在住院及手术时间方面,研究组均较对照组更短,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);再出血率及一次性止血成功率方面,研究组均较对照组更优,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论急性上消化道出血内镜治疗过程中,全程优质护理的应用不仅可以减轻患者负面心态,还有助于降低再出血率,缩短患者住院时间。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of endoscopic treatment of acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding with whole-course high-quality nursing. Methods According to the admission odd number and even number, 80 cases of patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding treated by endoscopy were divided into two groups, 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the study group was given whole-course highquality nursing. The hospitalization time, operation time, one-time hemostasis success rate and rebleeding rate of each group were counted. Results In terms of hospitalization and operation time, the study group was shorter than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);in terms of bleeding rate and one-time hemostasis success rate, the study group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In the process of endoscopic treatment of acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding, the application of whole-course high-quality nursing can not only reduce the negative mentality of patients, but also help to reduce the bleeding rate and shorten the hospitalization time of patients.
