摘要
目的探讨人性化理念应用于重症肺炎患者中的效果。方法选取2018年4月至2019年4月我院收治的100例重症肺炎患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组50例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组实施人性化理念进行护理,对比两组的护理效果。结果观察组护理总满意度高于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组肺部啰音消退时间、憋喘时间、退热时间均短于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组不良反应率低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论将人性化理念应用于护理重症肺炎患者中,可有效提升治疗效果,改善患者的临床症状,提升护理满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of humanistic concept applied to nursing of severe pneumonia. Methods A total of 100 patients with severe pneumonia admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing;the observation group was given humanistic nursing. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total satisfaction rate of nursing care in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P <0.05). The lung rales fading time, wheezing time, antipyretic time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P <0.05). The adverse reaction rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion The application of humanistic concept in nursing patients with severe pneumonia can effectively improve effect, help symptoms, enhance nursing satisfaction, which was worthy of popularized.
