手术室整体护理对乳腺癌患者围手术期效果影响的研究

Study on the Effect of Holistic Nursing in Operating Room on the Perioperative Effect of Breast Cancer Patients

目的探究乳腺癌患者采用手术室整体护理对其围手术期效果的影响。方法于2017年5月至2019年7月这一期间,选取本院进行治疗的78例乳腺癌患者,对比组患者实施手术室常规护理,试验组患者予以手术室整体护理,并对两组患者焦虑评分、抑郁评分、并发症发生率以及护理满意度进行比较。结果干预前两组患者焦虑评分与抑郁评分的比较无显著性差异(P> 0.05);干预后两组患者焦虑评分与抑郁评分比干预前低,且试验组干预后评分低于对比组(P <0.05);试验组患者并发症发生率10.25%,低于对比组的35.89%(P <0.05);试验组患者护理满意度97.44%,低于对比组的79.49%(P <0.05)。结论乳腺癌患者采用手术室整体护理,可使患者的不良情绪明显改善,减少并发症出现,提高护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of holistic nursing in operating room on the perioperative effect of breast cancer patients. Methods From May 2017 to July 2019, 78 patients with breast cancer were selected. The control group received routine nursing in the operating room, while the experimental group received holistic nursing in the operating room. The anxiety score, depression score, incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference between the anxiety score and depression score of the two groups of patients before the intervention(P >0.05);the anxiety score and depression score of the two groups of patients after the intervention were lower than before the intervention, and the scores of the experimental group after intervention were lower than those of the control group(P <0.05);the complication rate of patients in the experimental group was 10.25%, which was lower than 35.89% in the control group(P <0.05);the nursing satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was 97.44%, which was lower than 79.49% in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion The holistic nursing of breast cancer patients in the operating room can significantly improve their bad mood, reduce the occurrence of complications and improve nursing satisfaction.
