细节护理对冠心病患者生活质量的影响

Effect of Detailed Nursing on Quality of Life of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

目的对比分析细节护理在冠心病患者护理中的应用效果。方法纳入110例在朝阳市中心医院心内三科住院治疗的冠心病患者110例开展研究,随机分为两组,每组55例。对照组行常规护理,观察组实施细节护理。对比两组护理结果。结果在焦虑和抑郁评分对比中,观察组评分低于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组各项生活质量评分均高于对照组(P <0.05)。护理依从性对比中,对照组低于观察组(P <0.05)。结论通过对冠心病患者实施细节护理,能够显著提高患者的生活质量及依从性,改善其心理状态,具有良好的临床效果。

Objective Compare and analyze the application effect of detailed nursing in the nursing of patients with coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 110 patients with coronary heart disease who were hospitalized in the third department of cardiology of Chaoyang Central Hospital were included in the study, and they were randomly divided into two groups with 55 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group performed detailed nursing. Compare the nursing results of the two groups. Results In the comparison of anxiety and depression scores, the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P <0.05). The quality of life scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P <0.05). In the comparison of nursing compliance, the control group was lower than the observation group(P <0.05). Conclusion By implementing detailed nursing for patients with coronary heart disease, the quality of life and compliance of patients can be significantly improved, and their psychological state can be improved, which has a good clinical effect.
