综合护理在普通外科患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Comprehensive Nursing in Patients with General Surgery

目的探讨综合护理在普通外科患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年5月至2019年5月在本院普通外科接受治疗的80例患者,根据护理方法的不同分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用综合护理干预,对比两组患者的护理效率、疼痛改善情况、治疗依从性以及对护理的满意度。结果观察组患者的护理总有效率、疼痛改善情况、治疗依从性以及对护理的满意度均优于对照组,差异有统计意义(P <0.05)。结论在接受治疗的普通外科患者中采用综合护理干预,有助于提高患者的治疗效果和治疗依从性,降低患者术后的疼痛感。

Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with general surgery. Methods From May 2018 to May 2019, 80 patients in general surgery of our hospital were selected and divided into control group(n=40, given routine nursing intervention) and observation group(n=40, given comprehensive nursing intervention) according to different nursing methods. The nursing efficiency, pain improvement, treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of nursing, pain improvement, treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were better than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention is helpful to improve the treatment effect and treatment compliance, and reduce the postoperative pain of patients.
