ICU气管插管过程中使用强化护理对降低非计划性拔管的效果

Effect of Using Intensive Nursing during ICU Tracheal Intubation on Reducing Unplanned Extubation

目的分析在ICU气管插管过程中采用强化护理对于降低非计划性拔管效果的临床价值。方法在本院2018年5月至2019年5月,随机对86例患者进行研究,对比组患者(n=43)采取常规护理干预,观察组患者(n=43)采用强化护理干预,对比两组患者疼痛、生活质量改善情况、护理效果、护理满意度以及非计划拔管率。结果观察组患者生活质量改善情况、护理效果、护理满意度均要高于对比组,患者疼痛评分、非计划拔管率要低于对比组(P <0.05)。结论对ICU气管插管患者采取强化护理能够有效提高患者护理效率,降低患者非计划拔管率和疼痛感,提高患者生活质量。

Objective to analyze the clinical value of intensive nursing in reducing the effect of unplanned extubation during tracheal intubation in ICU. Methods From May 2018 to May 2019, 86 patients were randomly studied. Routine nursing intervention was adopted in the control group(n=43), and intensive nursing intervention was used in the observation group(n=43). Pain, quality of life improvement, nursing effect, nursing satisfaction and unplanned extubation rate were compared between the two groups. Results The improvement of quality of life, nursing effect and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the pain score and unplanned extubation rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Intensive nursing for patients with tracheal intubation in ICU can effectively improve the nursing efficiency, reduce the rate of unplanned extubation and pain, and improve the quality of life of patients.
