综合护理管理在手外科断指再植术中的应用效果

Application Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Management in Replantation of Severed Finger in Hand Surgery

目的探讨综合护理管理在手外科断指再植术中的应用效果。方法选取2019年2月至2020年2月在我院进行断指再植术的84例手外科患者,采取抽签法将其分为对照组与研究组,每组42例。对照组给予常规手外科护理,研究组在对照组基础上实施综合护理管理模式,比较两组患者再植手指治疗有效率、Spitzer评分、SAS评分、SDS评分、VAS评分及护理满意度。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,Spitzer评分优于对照组,SAS、SDS及VAS评分低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对手外科断指再植术患者采取综合护理管理模式可提高治疗效果,改善患者的心理状态,减轻其疼痛程度,缩短治疗时间,提高护理满意度。

Objective To discuss the application effect of comprehensive nursing management in replantation of severed finger in hand surgery. Methods A selection of 84 hand surgery patients who underwent finger replantation in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were divided into a control group and a study group by lottery, with 42 cases in each group. The control group was given routine hand surgery nursing, and the study group implemented a comprehensive nursing management model on the basis of the control group. The two groups compared the effective rate of finger replantation, Spitzer score, SAS score, SDS score, VAS score and nursing satisfaction. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that of the control group, Spitzer score was better than that of the control group, SAS, SDS and VAS scores were lower than that of the control group, and nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive nursing management model for patients undergoing replantation of severed fingers in hand surgery can improve the treatment effect, improve the patient’s psychological state, reduce the pain degree, shorten the treatment time, and improve nursing satisfaction.
