摘要 阜阳市科技文化中心铝板金属幕墙结构为由下往上外悬挑的双曲面造型,常规施工措施及方案存在操作不便、空中焊接误差大且焊接质量不易控制等难题。以此为例,主要介绍了基于BIM的双曲面金属幕墙模块化钢骨架的加工制作技术以及基于BIM的双曲面金属幕墙模块化施工技术。实践证明,基于BIM技术的相关工艺运用,保证了外立面效果及工期的完美履约,对类似工程施工具有很好的参考价值。 The aluminum curtain wall structure of Fuyang Science and Technology Culture Center is a double curved surface that cantilevered from bottom to top,and the conventional construction measures and solutions are inconvenient to operate,large welding errors in the air and difficult to control the welding quality.Taking this as an example,the BIM based hyperboloid metal curtain wall modular steel grid processing technology and BIM based hyperboloid metal curtain wall modular construction technology is introduced.It has been proved that the use of relevant processes based on BIM technology ensures the perfect performance of the façade effect and construction period,and has good reference value for similar project construction.
