摘要
为解决钢管混凝土内嵌法兰盘时混凝土泵送困难的问题,介绍了桂江大桥施工中采用的内嵌法兰盘钢管混凝土泵送顶升浇筑施工工法。该工法充分利用外加剂和外掺料的特性来改善混凝土的性能,有效保证了钢管管径突变后混凝土的施工质量,且不影响混凝土的施工速度。实践证明,内嵌法兰盘钢管混凝土泵送顶升浇筑施工工法可以节约施工成本,缩短工期,具有良好的社会效益和经济效益。
In order to solve the problem of difficult concrete pumping of concrete-filled steel tube with embedded flange,this paper introduces a construction method of pumping up pouring of concrete-filled steel tube with embedded flanges adopted in the construction of Guijiang River Bridge.The method makes full use of the characteristics of admixtures and additives to improve the performance of concrete,which effectively ensures the quality of concrete construction after the sudden change of tube diameter,and does not affect the speed of concrete construction.It has been proved that the construction method of pumping up pouring of concrete-filled steel tube with embedded flanges can save the construction cost,shorten the construction period,and has good social and economic benefits.
