摘要
大型公共建筑对地面的平整度、密实度、耐磨度以及使用寿命等提出了更高的要求。为避免在地坪变形缝处产生崩边现象,防止地坪混凝土内部微裂缝的扩展及宏观裂缝的形成,改善地坪混凝土的抗拉、抗弯、抗冲击及抗疲劳性能,总结了整体式装铠缝替代混凝土企口缝、柱脚圆弧形钢板独立支模、地坪边缘PE发泡棉隔离、钢纤维混凝土替代配筋混凝土、大型激光整平机摊铺混凝土等多种技术措施的关键控制要点。实践证明,相关工艺措施可有效控制大面积超平耐磨地坪的整体施工质量。
Large public buildings have higher requirements for the flatness,compactness,abrasion resistance and service life of the floor.In order to avoid edge collapse at the deformation joints of the floor,to prevent the expansion of micro-cracks and the formation of macro-cracks in the concrete of the floor and to improve its concrete performance of tensile,bending,impact and fatigue resistance,the key control points of various technical measures such as integral armor joints instead of concrete tongue-and-groove joints,independent support of arcuate steel plate at the foot of columns,PE foam isolation at the edge of floor,steel fiber concrete instead of reinforced concrete,large laser levelling machine for paving concrete,etc.,are summarized.It has been proved that relevant technological measures can effectively control the overall construction quality of the large area super flat wear-resistant floor.
