膀胱癌是泌尿系统最常见的恶性肿瘤之一。烟草使用是膀胱癌的主要危险要素,但烟草使用在膀胱癌发生发展中的作用及相关分子机制尚未完全阐明。理解烟草在膀胱癌发生发展中的确切作用及相关机制,对于预防、早期诊断膀胱癌、靶向治疗等都至关重要。本文综述了近年来烟草使用与膀胱癌关系的研究进展,并展望了未来可能的研究方向以及所面临的挑战。

Bladder cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors of urinary system.Tobacco use is the main risk factor of bladder cancer,but the role of tobacco use in the occurrence and development of bladder cancer and its molecular mechanism have not been fully elucidated.Understanding the exact effect and mechanism of tobacco use in the occurrence and development of bladder cancer is very important for the prevention,early diagnosis and targeted treatment of bladder cancer.Our paper reviews the research progress of the relationship between tobacco use and bladder cancer in recent years and looks forward to the possible research direction and challenges in the future.The possible direction of research and the challenges in the future are also outlined.
