面向医疗隐私保护的双区块链模型研究 被引量:10

摘要 面对当前医疗记录存在的数据共享难、患者数据隐私泄露等问题,目前相关研究对上述问题的解决具有局限性,限制了医疗机构的快速发展.针对以上问题,提出了一种新的双区块链模型,该模型对已有的双区块链模型进行了重构,一方面将用户信息和交易记录完全分开,用户链存储用户信息,交易链存储交易记录,解决患者隐私泄露问题,提高患者数据的安全性;另一方面将交易链数据单独处理,提高医疗数据共享性,解决医疗数据共享难的问题.通过该模型最终保障了医疗数据隐私性,同时提高了数据的访问效率. Faced with the difficulties of data sharing in current medical records and the leakage of patient data privacy,current related researches have limitations in solving the above problems,which restrict the rapid development of medical institutions.In response to the above problems,this article proposes a new dual-blockchain model,which reconstructs the existing dual-blockchain model.On the one hand,user information and transaction records are completely separated,and the user chain stores user information.The transaction chain stores transaction records,which solves the problem of patient privacy leakage and improves patient data security;on the other hand,the transaction chain data is processed separately to improve the sharing of medical data and solve the problem of difficult sharing of medical data.This paper finally realizes that the proposed model can protect the privacy of medical data and improve the efficiency of data access.
