城市双修背景下福州旧城区空间重塑策略研究--以金鸡山南片区为例

Research on Spatial Reconstruction Strategy of Fuzhou Old City Under the Background of“Urban Double Repair”--Taking Jinjishan South Area as An Example

“城市双修”是我国经济新常态下城市更新发展的重要手段,是解决旧城发展矛盾问题的探索性规划实践。基此,以福州市旧城更新面临的矛盾问题为切入点,以福州金鸡山南片区为研究案例,整合融入城市设计手法,将城市双修的理念和方式方法运用到具体的城市空间重塑,提出以区域整体统筹为前提,以专项系统规划为基础,以城市设计要素控制和开发建设控制为手段的空间重塑策略,构建纵向、横向交叉并行的技术框架的旧城区空间重塑的新技术思路。

"Urban double repair"is an important means of urban renewal and development under the new normal of China s economy,and is an exploratory planning practice to solve the contradiction of old city development.Based on this,this paper takes the contradiction of old city renewal in Fuzhou as the breakthrough point,takes the south area of Jinjishan in Fuzhou as the research case,integrates the urban design techniques,applies the concept and methods of urban double repair to the specific urban space reconstruction,and puts forward the idea of taking the regional overall planning as the premise,taking the special system planning as the basis,and taking the urban design elements control and development and construction control as the core.It is a new technical idea to reconstruct the space of the old urban area by means of vertical and horizontal cross parallel technical framework.
