摘要
建筑基础是建筑物的重要部分,是影响建筑安全、施工工期和工程成本的重要因素。结合福州大学城某高校一个多层建筑工程实例,阐述其基础设计选型,阐述其如何依照场地不均匀地基采用“冲孔灌注桩+片筏基础”组合基础型式,并经工程实际验证,该工程工期、造价和结构安全等方面均取得良好效果。
Building foundation is an important part of the building,which is an important factor affecting the construction safety,construction period and project cost.Combining with an example of a multi-storey building project in a university in Fuzhou University Town,this paper expounds the foundation design and selection,and how to adopt the composite foundation type of"punching cast-in-place pile+raft foundation"according to the uneven foundation of the site.The engineering practice shows that the project has achieved good results in terms of construction period,cost and structural safety.
