高层住宅卫生间排水立管设计若干问题探讨

Discussion on some problems in design of drainage risers for toilet in high-rise buildings

根据近几年高层住宅工程设计经验,列举了卫生间排水立管在工程实例中经常出现的排水立管遇剪力墙变截面、特殊单立管辅助通气立管影响洁具布置、卫生间梁系偏位导致立管悬空等问题,并提出了设计上对应的解决思路。

According to the design experience of high-rise residential buildings in recent years,this paper lists the common problems of toilet drainage riser in engineering examples,such as variable cross-section of drainage riser meeting shear wall,special single riser auxiliary ventilation riser affecting sanitary ware layout,and riser suspension caused by deflection of toilet beam system,etc.,and puts forward corresponding solutions in design.
