摘要
以吴中水厂15×10^4 m^3/d深度处理工程为例,介绍了自来水厂变电所电气工程设计改造思路,结合现场实际负荷工况和问题提出了处理措施并优化了设计方案。通过改造,既保障了水厂的生产用电需求,又节约了建设周期和运行成本,实现了无人值守,为类似工程提供了实践经验参考。
Taking the 15×10^4 m^3/d advanced treatment project of Wuzhong Waterworks as the case,the electrical engineering design and transformation ideas of the substation in the waterworks were introduced.Combined with the actual load conditions and problems,the treatment measures were put forward and the design scheme was optimized.It not only ensured the power demand of water plant production,but also saved the construction cycle and operation cost,and realized unattended operation.It provided practical experience for the reconstruction project of waterworks,which could be referred by relevant personnel.
