摘要
为准确高效地掌握配电网运行情况,发现薄弱环节,并制定具有针对性、可行性的精准运维策略,提出了配电网运行情况分析及智能运维决策生成框架与系统。该框架基于现有配电网运行管理系统、生产管理系统(production management system,PMS)等,集成配电网设备台账、运行、故障统计等多方面数据,通过对各级单位的设备、线路等运行情况进行横向、纵向统计分析,直观地展现各单位目前的薄弱环节以及需要重视的环节,清楚地呈现了配电网实际情况与健康程度。同时,基于所分析的数据,生成配电网差异化运维策略预案,并通过预案落实及实践反馈不断优化策略,为今后配电网精准运维管理提供了参考。
In order to accurately and efficiently master the operation situation of distribution network,to find the weaknesses,and to formulate the targeted and feasible accurate maintenance strategies,the framework and system of intelligent operation and maintenance decision generation are proposed.This study based on the existing distribution network operation management system,production management system(PMS),distribution network equipment account,operation and fault statistics data and other aspects.Through the horizontal and vertical statistical analysis of the operation of equipment and distribution circuits of all levels of units,the current weaknesses are intuitively displayed,and the actual situation and health degree of distribution network are clearly presented.At the same time,the operation and maintenance strategy plan of distribution network is automatically generated based on the analyzed data,and the strategy is continuously optimized through the implementation of the plan and practice feedback.This study provides a reference for accurate operation and maintenance management of distribution network in the future.
