场地集约下高层建筑底部空间公共性形态设计研究——以广东省交通设计大厦为例

The Public Form Design of the Bottom Space of High-rise Buildings in the Case of Site Intensity:Taking Guangdong Transportation Design Building as an Example

随着城市高密度发展程度不断提高,城市土地资源的不断缩减,场地集约也成为了高层建筑设计的限制条件。高层建筑底部空间是高层建筑本身与城市连接的重要节点,其公共性设计也愈发重要。该文基于场地集约条件下,以案例调研分析和项目实践总结的方式,探索高层建筑底部空间公共性形态设计策略。

With the continuous improvement of urban high density development and the shrinkage of urban land resources,site intensive has become the restriction of high-rise building design.The bottom space of high-rise buildings is an important node of connecting high-rise buildings and cities,and its public design is becoming more and more important.Based on the site intensive conditions,we explore the design strategy of public form of high-rise building’s bottom space by case study analysis and the summary of project practice.
