中国西部小城镇中心区有机更新规划模式研究——以陕西蒲城为例

Urban Organic Renewal Planning Mode of Small Towns in Western China:Taking Pucheng Shaanxi Province as an Example

中国西部小城镇中心区普遍存在基础设施配套不足、停车设施不足、公共空间缺乏、绿色空间短缺、建筑风貌混乱、临时建筑数量较大。该文以陕西蒲城中心地段有机更新为例,借鉴日本规划学者布野修斯提出"城市组织研究",提出小城镇有机更新技术框架,并提出"营造文化空间—改造社区居住空间—建造绿色宜居空间"的有机更新模式。最终目的是恢复城市地域文化生活习俗,重塑小城镇地缘交往空间,塑造具备精神空间承载的内聚型公共空间。

In the central areas of small towns in Western China,there are a lot of problems in such settlements,such as insufficient infrastructure,insufficient parking facilities,lacking of public space,shortage of green space,badly arranged urban area constructions,and a large number of temporary buildings.In this paper,with the renovation of Pucheng central area in Shaanxi Province as an example,and with reference of the urban organization research proposed by the Japanese planning scholar Funo Shuji,an organic renovation mode of creating the cultural conservation space-renovating the living space in the community-building the green livable space is put forward.In the end,the purpose is to restore the cultural life customs of urban areas,to reshape the geographical communication space of small towns,and to produce the cohesive public space with spiritual space.
