A historical Study of the Evolution of China’s Development Concept in the Past 70 Years

新中国成立以来面临的一个重大问题是发展问题。党带领全国人民在社会主义建设中,先后形成了“一化三改”发展总路线、“三步走”发展新战略、“两个一百年”发展总目标、“全面协调可持续”的科学发展观、新时代的“五大发展理念”。新时代的“五大发展理念”以系统科学理论为基础,是系统发展观的当代形态。新时代的“五大发展理念”,是合规律性与合目的性的统一,旨在不断满足人民日益增长的美好生活需要,是把我国建成社会主义现代化强国的指导方针和行动指南。

Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, it has been facing the major problem of development. In the course of socialist construction, the party has led the people of the whole country to form the general development line of "one modernization and three reforms", the "three-step development" strategy, "two general goals for 100 years", the scientific development concept of "comprehensive coordination and sustainability", and the idea of "five developments" in the new era. The "concept of five developments", which is based on the system science theory, is the contemporary form of the system development view, the unity of regularity and teleology, aiming at constantly meeting the people’s growing needs for a better life, and the guiding principle for action in building China a powerful socialist country.
