摘要
为解决民用机场运行安全风险预警过程中预警因素单一、预警信号迟钝等问题,文章在探讨民用机场运行安全风险分析、评价和预警之间内在联系的基础上,运用系统安全科学、层次分析法与模糊数学等方法,建立多维可扩充的民用机场运行安全风险预警指标体系,其中包含综合预警指标15项、单预警指标19项,用以发现显性问题和隐形问题,并通过预警准则的设定为企业提供及时预警信号输出。企业的实际应用证明该预警方法具有可行性。
In order to solve the problems of single early warning factor and slow warning signals in the process of civil airport operation safety risk early warning,this paper discusses internal relationship among the analysis,evaluation and early warning of civil airport operation safety risk.On the basis of this,a multi-dimensional extensible early warning index system of civil airport operation safety risk is established using the theory of system safety science,analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy mathematics,which includes 15 comprehensive early-warning indicators and 19 single early-warning indicators to find the obvious and invisible problems.The alarm output can be provided for enterprises in time through setting the criteria.The application shows that the hybrid early warning method is feasible.
