摘要
目的了解疫情下护士的职业倦怠现状,分析疫情下护士职业倦怠的主要影响因素。方法通过分析影响护士职业倦怠的主要因素,对日照市8家医院的护士进行问卷调查,运用结构方程模型的方法分析抗击疫情过程中造成护士倦怠的主要影响因素。结果疫情下护士职业倦怠的情绪疲惫感、工作冷漠感和无工作成就感维度得分分别是23.76分(中度倦怠)、15.36分(高度倦怠)、17.42分(高度倦怠)。其中,工作负担、工作满意和个人因素3个公因子是造成护士职业倦怠的主要原因。结论医院要关注护理人员的倦怠现状,立足于工作负担、工作满意和个人因素3个方面,激发护理人员的工作主动性和积极性。
Objective To understand the current situation of nurse burnout under COVID-19 and find out the main influencing factors.Methods Through analyzing the main factors affecting nurse burnout,the nurses in 8 tertiary hospitals in Rizhao City were surveyed by questionnaires,and the structural equation model method was used to analyze the main factors affecting nurse burnout in the fight against the epidemic.Results The scores of emotional exhaustion,job indifference and no job accomplishment of nurses’job burnout were 23.76(moderate burnout),15.36(high burnout)and 17.42(high burnout).Among them,the three common factors of work burden,job satisfaction and personal factors are the main causes of nurses’job burnout.Conclusion Hospitals should pay attention to the burnout status of hospital nursing staff,and take effective incentive measures based on the main influencing factors of job burnout to stimulate nursing staff’s work initiative and enthusiasm.
