疏肝解郁汤联合针刺治疗脑梗塞后抑郁症的疗效和安全性分析

Efficacy and safety analysis of treating depression after cerebral infarction with the Shugan Jieyu decoction plus acupuncture

目的:研究脑梗塞后抑郁症患者采用疏肝解郁汤联合针刺方案进行治疗的临床效果。方法:选择在我院用药治疗的50例脑梗塞后抑郁症患者,通过随机分组法分成对照组(25例)和治疗组(25例)。对照组采用疏肝解郁汤进行治疗;治疗组采用疏肝解郁汤联合针刺方案进行治疗。结果:治疗组患者药物治疗总有效率高于对照组,治疗后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(Hamilton Depression Scale,HAMD)评分、生活质量评分、睡眠障碍指数水平的改善幅度大于对照组,药物不良反应少于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后治疗组各项中医证候积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。两组治疗后血管内皮细胞生长因子(Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor,VEGF)水平均高于治疗前,且治疗组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:脑梗塞后抑郁症患者采用疏肝解郁汤联合针刺方案进行治疗,能够减少药物不良反应,迅速改善心理状态和睡眠质量,使治疗效果和生活质量得以提高。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of the Shugan Jieyu decoction(疏肝解郁汤)plus acupuncture on depression after cerebral infarction.Methods:50 cases were randomly divided into the control group(25 cases)and the treatment group(25 cases).The control group was treated with the Shugan Jieyu decoction.The treatment group was treated with the Shugan Jieyu decoction plus acupuncture.Results:The total efficiency in the treatment group was higher than the control group.The improvement of HAMD score,life quality score and sleep disorder index after treatment was greater than the control group.Adverse reactions of medicines in the treatment group were less than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the treatment group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,serum VEGF level in both groups was higher than that before treatment,and in the treatment group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Treating depression patients after cerebral infarction with the Shugan Jieyu decoction plus acupuncture can reduce adverse reactions of medicines,rapidly improve mental state and sleep quality,and improve the treatment effect and life quality.
