探讨针灸结合康复训练治疗小儿脑瘫

A discussion of treating infantile cerebral palsy by acupuncture plus rehabilitation training

目的:分析针灸结合康复训练治疗小儿脑瘫的效果。方法:挑选2018年10月-2019年10月我院收治的150例小儿脑瘫患儿作为研究对象,随机分成观察组与对照组,每组75例,对照组采用康复治疗,观察组运用康复训练联合针灸治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组粗大运动功能评定量表(Gross Motor Function Measure Scale,GMFM)88项评分、Barthel指数评定量表(Barthel Index Scale of ADL,BI)都高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:在治疗小儿脑瘫患儿时,将康复治疗与针灸相结合,可以收到良好疗效。

Objective: To analyze the effect of acupuncture plus rehabilitation training on infantile cerebral palsy. Methods: 150 cases admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research subjects and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 75 cases in each. The control group received rehabilitation treatment, and the observation group took rehabilitation training plus acupuncture. Results: The total efficiency in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The GMFM-88 scores and BI scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Treating infantile cerebral palsy by rehabilitation plus acupuncture can achieve good results.
