中医护理技术对促进老年重症肺炎胃肠功能恢复的临床研究

The effects of TCM nursing technology on gastrointestinal function in elderly patients with severe pneumonia

目的:研究中医护理技术对促进老年重症肺炎患者胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法:将我院重症医学科收治的老年重症肺炎伴胃肠功能障碍的患者68例随机分为观察组和对照组各34例,对照组采用常规护理技术进行护理,观察组在对照组的基础上加用中医护理技术进行治疗。比较两组胃肠功能恢复情况及治疗前后胃肠功能障碍(Gastrointestinal Dysfunction,GIDF)评分、急性生理和慢性健康Ⅱ(Acute Physiology and Chronic Health II,APACHEⅡ)评分及生活质量评分的差异。结果:两组治疗前GIDF评分、APACHEII评分及生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组胃肠功能恢复情况、GIDF评分、APACHEII评分、生活质量评分、中医证候积分及中医证候疗效方面均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医护理技术对促进老年重症肺炎患者胃肠功能恢复的影响大,可有效改善胃肠功能,促进排气排便,减轻临床症状,改善生活质量,值得推广。

Objective:To study the effects of TCM nursing technology on gastrointestinal function in elderly patients with severe pneumonia.Methods:68 cases were randomly divided into the observation group and control group,34 cases in each.The control group was treated by routine nursing technology,and the observation group received TCM nursing technology more.Results:After treatment,the gastrointestinal function recovery,GIDF score,APACHEⅡscore,life quality score,TCM syndrome score and TCM syndrome efficacy in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM nursing technology shows a great influence on the recovery of gastrointestinal function in elderly patients with severe pneumonia,which can effectively improve the gastrointestinal function,promote exhaust and defecation,reduce the clinical symptoms,improve life quality,and is worth popularizing.
