Exploration on the treatment direction of knee osteoarthritis based on gait analysis

膝骨性关节炎病程中往往出现下肢生物力学异常的情况,步态分析可以通过检测生物力学的参数来反映患者的病情程度以及评估其步行能力,并为患者的治疗及康复训练提供具体数据作为依据。本文通过简述膝骨性关节炎的下肢生物力学变化,浅析膝骨性关节炎患者的步态特征,并以此为依据来探讨膝骨性关节炎的治疗方向。

In the course of knee osteoarthritis, there are often abnormalities in the biomechanics of the lower limbs. Gait analysis can reflect the patient’s condition and evaluate the walking ability by detecting the biomechanical parameters, and provide specific data basis for patients’ treatment and rehabilitation training. This article briefly describes the biomechanical changes of the lower limbs of knee osteoarthritis patients, analyzes the gait characteristics, in order to explore the treatment direction of knee osteoarthritis.
