摘要
细胞释放到胞外空间的核苷酸称为胞外核苷酸,其浓度受多种水解酶调节,不同浓度的胞外核苷酸作用不同。胞外核苷酸及其衍生核苷与不同的嘌呤受体结合,激活复杂的信号传导网络,参与调控多种生理和病理过程,特别是胞外三磷酸腺苷(ATP)是免疫应答的关键介质,作为重要动态信号参与调控过程。本文综述了胞外核苷酸对巨噬细胞、树突状细胞(DCs)和淋巴细胞等免疫细胞的调节作用,并对胞外核苷酸在临床上的应用进行了展望。
Objective:Nucleotides released into extracellular space is called extracellular nucleotides.Their concentrations are regulated by various hydrolytic enzymes.Extracellular nucleotides exert different effects depending on its concentration.Through binding to different purine receptors,extracellular nucleotides and their derivative nucleosides activate complex signal transduction networks and participate in regulating various physiological and pathological processes.Extracellular adenosine triphosphate(ATP),which is the key mediator of immune response,as an important dynamic signal involved in the regulation process.In this paper,the regulatory effects of extracellular nucleotides on immune cells such as macrophages,dendritic cells(DCs)and lymphocytes are reviewed,and the clinical application of extracellular nucleotides is prospected.
