摘要 Wnt信号通路可调控多个重要生理病理过程,包括细胞增殖、组织再生、胚胎发育等。研究表明,Wnt信号通路的异常表达在多发性硬化、类风湿关节炎、炎症性肠病等自身免疫性疾病(AID)的发生、发展中发挥重要作用。本文就Wnt信号通路在AID中发挥的作用进行综述。 Wnt signaling pathway can regulate many important physiological and pathological processes,including cell proliferation,tissue regeneration,embryonic development and so on.Studies have shown that the abnormal expression of Wnt signaling pathway plays an important role in the occurrence and development of autoimmune diseases(AID)such as multiple sclerosis,rheumatoid arthritis,inflammatory bowel disease.This article reviews the role of Wnt signaling pathway in AID.
