Strategy study of oral cold acclimation for the combat troops rapidly ascending to cold area from warm area

目的:探讨温区部队急进寒区口腔冷习服的对策。方法:通过加强机体寒冷习服训练,提高机体免疫力,预防性口腔治疗,使用运动护齿器,加强营养和中医保健等措施,促进温区急进寒区官兵口腔冷习服。结果:加强机体寒冷习服训练,提高机体免疫力,预防性口腔治疗,使用运动护齿器,加强营养和中医保健是有效的口腔冷习服方法。结论:采取口腔冷习服的有效措施,对提高低温条件下官兵的口腔耐受性,预防口腔疾病,减少非战斗减员有重要意义。

Objective:To explore the strategy of oral cold acclimation for the combat troops rapidly ascending to cold area from warm area.Methods:Through enhancing the cold acclimation training,improving the body immunity,going preventive oral treatment,using mouthguard,strengthening nutrition and traditional Chinese medicine health care,which could improve the oral cold acclimation for the combat troops rapidly ascending to cold area from warm area.Results:It was effective to strengthen the cold adaption training,improve the body immunity,give preventive oral treatment,use mouthguard,and strengthen nutrition and Chinese medicine health care.Conclusion:The strategies of oral cold acclimation can enhance the oral tolerance in low temperatures,and prevent the oral disease,so as to reduce the non-combat attrition.
