摘要
目的:探讨PDCA循环管理在静脉用药调配中心(pharmacy intravenous admixture service,PIVAS)病区沟通中的应用效果。方法:收集2017-04~12 PIVAS病区的沟通记录。采用PDCA进行干预后,收集2018-01~06(第一轮PDCA循环干预后)及2018-07~12(第二轮PDCA循环干预后)PIVAS病区的沟通记录。比较PIVAS病区沟通数量及临床采纳率。结果:经过PDCA循环管理,我院PIVAS病区沟通率降低,临床科室对PIVAS药师干预医嘱的采纳率逐渐升高(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:PDCA循环管理减少了我院PIVAS病区沟通量,提高了临床采纳率,促进临床用药的规范性、合理性。
Objective:To evaluate the application of PDCA cycle management in pharmacy intravenous admixture service(PIVAS)ward communication.Methods:The PIVAS communication records from April to December 2017 were collected.The PIVAS communication records from January to June 2018(first round of PDCA cycle management)and records from July to December 2018(the second round of PDCA cycle management)were collected.The communication volume and clinical adoption rates of PIVAS ward communication were compared.Results:After PDCA cycle management,the PIVAS ward communication ratio decreased,and adoption rates of PIVAS pharmacists intervention increased(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion:PDCA cycle management reduces the PIVAS ward communication ratio,and improves clinical adoption rates,and promotes the standardization and rationality of clinical medication.
