小青龙汤加减联合芪苈强心胶囊治疗慢性心功能不全临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Xiaoqinglong Decoction Combined with Qiliqiangxin Capsule on Chronic Cardiac Insufficiency

目的:探讨小青龙汤加减联合芪苈强心胶囊对慢性心功能不全患者疗效、生活质量及安全性的影响。方法:选择2017年6月~2019年12月本院心血管病科收治的120例慢性心功能不全患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各60例,在研究过程中各有1例脱落。对照组予以常规化药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以小青龙汤加减及芪苈强心胶囊口服治疗。系统观察分析两组患者疗效、生活质量及安全性。结果:治疗后,观察组中医症候积分、生活质量量表(SF-36)评分及氨基末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)优于对照组(P <0.05);治疗后两组左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室收缩末期容积(LVESV)、左室舒张末期容积(LVEDV)、左室壁厚度(LVPWT)较治疗前均有改善(P <0.05);组间比较,观察组LVEF、LVESV、LVEDV优于对照组(P <0.05),LVPWT优于对照组,但无统计学差异(P> 0.05);观察组总有效率(94.91%)高于对照组(74.57%,P <0.05);两组患者不良反应比较无统计学差异(P> 0.05)。结论:小青龙汤加减联合芪苈强心胶囊治疗慢性心功能不全患者可获得较好效果,能有效改善患者心功能,减轻心室重构,长期服用可改善患者生活质量,且安全性高,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of Xiaoqinglong decoction combined with Qiliqiangxin capsule on the efficacy,quality of life and safety in patients with chronic cardiac insufficiency.Methods:120 patients with chronic cardiac insufficiency admitted to the cardiovascular department of our hospital from June 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.During the research,each group got one withdrawal case.The control groups was provided with conventional chemical drugs,while the observation groups with additional Xiaoqinglong decoction plus and minus and Qiliqiangxin capsule on that basis.Curative effect,quality of life and safety of the two groups were observed and analyzed.Results:After treatment,the total score of TCM symptoms,SF-36 score and NT-proBNP in the observation group were remarkably better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of LVEF,LVESV,LVEDV and LVPWT in the two groups were significantly improved comparing with before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of LVEF,LVESV and LVEDV in the observation group were more preferable than those in the control group(P<0.05).And the improvement of LVPWT level in the observation group was greater than that in the control group,but without significant difference(P>0.05).After treatment,the overall efficiency rate of the observation group was 94.91%,which is significantly higher than that of the control group with 74.57%(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Xiaoqinglong decoction plus and minus combined with Qiliqiangxin capsule can achieve better results in the treatment of chronic cardiac insufficiency through effectively improving the heart function of patients,reducing ventricular remodeling,long-term use of which can improve the quality of life with high safety.Thus,it is worth of promotion.
