纪检监察网格化监督是伴随基层治理变革而生成的一体化基层监督体系,但目前尚停留在基层实践阶段。通过研究基层实践案例的基本情况,归纳依附型、职能型和立体型三种模式,分析监督失真、制度断裂和技术匮乏等实践困境,从而探讨纪检监察网格化监督的发展路径,一是优化网格化监督的体系嵌入,形成高效的监督体系;二是强化网格化监督的制度衔接,提升"强制约—强监督"的监督能力;三是构建网格化监督技术平台标准,推进"事后监督"向"事前监督"转变。

Grid supervision in discipline inspection and supervision is an integrated grassroots supervision system generated with the reform of grassroots governance,but it is currently at the stage of grassroots practice.By studying the basic situation of grassroots practice cases,summarizing the three models of dependency,function and three-dimensional,and analyzing the practical dilemmas of supervision distortion,system fracture,and lack of technology,so as to discuss the development trend of discipline inspection and supervision grid supervision.The first is to optimize the system embedding of grid supervi⁃sion to form an efficient supervision system;the second is to strengthen the institutional connection of grid supervision and improve the supervision ability of"mandatory contract-strong supervision";the third is to build a grid supervision technology platform standard,promote the transition from"post-event supervision"to"pre-event supervision".
