PFN2基因在恶性肿瘤中的研究进展

摘要 肌动蛋白结合蛋白2(PFN2)基因是进化上高度保守的一个基因,其编码的蛋白是一种常见的肌动蛋白结合蛋白单体,在细胞的运动、细胞的分裂、神经元的分化和突触的可塑性中起着重要的作用。近年来,PFN2与多种肿瘤的相关性得到了广泛研究,目前越来越多的研究证实PFN2基因参与了乳腺癌、食管鳞癌、肺癌、头颈部鳞癌、结直肠癌等恶性肿瘤的发生、发展、侵袭和转移的过程。该文总结PFN2在多种肿瘤中的表达情况和临床意义,并归纳其参与肿瘤发生、发展的相关机制,揭示其在肿瘤治疗中的潜在价值。 Actin binding protein 2(PFN2)is a highly conserved gene that encodes a common actin binding protein monomer that plays an important role in cell movement,cell division,neuronal differentiation and synaptic plasticity.In recent years,the correlation between PFN2 and a variety of tumors has been extensively studied.At present,more and more studies have confirmed that PFN2 gene is involved in the occurrence,development,invasion and metastasis of breast cancer,esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,lung cancer,head and neck squamous cell carcinoma,colorectal cancer and other malignant tumors.This article summaries the expression and clinical significance of PFN2 in a variety of tumors,and its related mechanisms involved in tumor development,reveals its potential value in tumor therapy.
