摘要
当前市场上家用核桃破壳工具存在着人机工效低下、用户体验差、破壳操作难度高等缺陷。根据核桃外壳结构的受力分析结果,结合人机工程学原理,设计了一款结构合理、省力易用的家用核桃破壳器。该设计方案在破壳时可使核仁保留其完整性,并具有多样化的破壳方式。同时,该设计方案在操作上具有一定的趣味性,提升了核桃破壳工具的用户体验。
At present,there are some defects such as low ergonomic efficiency,poor user experience and high difficulty in breaking walnut shells.According to the stress analysis results of walnut shell structure and the principle of ergonomics,a household walnut shell breaker with reasonable structure,labor saving and easy-to-use is designed.The design scheme can keep the integrity of the nucleolus during shell breaking,and have a variety of shell breaking methods.At the same time,the design scheme has certain interest in operation,which improves the user experience of walnut shell breaking tool.
