摘要
建立管翅式机油冷却器的三维模型,利用有限体积法对油冷器进行全局数值模拟,并结合风冷油试验研究了翅片密度、工作环境温度以及进风口风速对油冷器换热性能的影响。结果表明,仿真模型所得结果与试验结果相差不大,在工程所允许的偏差范围之内。
A three-dimensional model of the tube-fin oil cooler is established,and the finite volume method is used for numerical simulation.The effect of fin density,working environment temperature and air velocity in inlet on the heat transfer performance of the oil cooler is studied.The results show that the results obtained by the simulation model are not much different from the test results,and the deviation range is within the allowable range of the project.
