国内外科技场馆教育工作者专业成长路径研究

摘要 科技场馆教育工作者是场馆与参观者进行有效沟通的中介,科技场馆教育工作者高质量的专业成长是科技场馆教育职能及科学传播效果的有力保障。本研究梳理了国内外科技场馆教育工作者专业成长的内涵,并对反思性实践、研究性学习、学习共同体、馆校结合等专业成长路径进行综述,提出以科技场馆教育工作者为中心构建专业成长体系,以适切的理论、模式、策略提升专业成长质量,以信息技术提供专业成长支撑,以馆校结合促进专业成长等建议,并提出研究展望,以期为我国科技场馆教育工作者专业成长及研究提供参考与借鉴。 Science museum educators are the intermediaries of effective communication between the museum and visitors.The high-quality professional growth of science museum educators is a strong guarantee for the education function of science museum and the effect of science communication.This study summarizes the literature domestic and overseas of connotation and the path of professional growth of science museum educators,such as reflective practice,research based study,learning community and museum-school cooperation,proposed suggestions to build systematic professional growth system with science museum educators as center,to improve the quality of professional growth with appropriate theories,models and strategies,to provide professional growth support with information technology,to promote professional growth with museum-school cooperation,then put forward research prospects,in order to provide recommendation for the professional growth of science museum educators in China.
