健康中国建设中慢性病防治体医融合的试点经验、现实挑战及应对策略

Research on the Experiences,Realistic Challenges,Countermeasure of Chronic Disease Prevention and Treatment of Integration of Sports and Medicine in Construction of Healthy China

通过体医融合试点不同模式重点案例的研究,分析体医融合实践中存在的问题和应对策略。研究认为,我国慢性病防治体医融合模式的发展刚刚起步,在已开展的试点工作中,发现创建跨学科复合团队服务模式,完善体育健康服务的管理规范,建设体医联动的健康管理平台,健全体育健康服务的后备人才培养制度等是其关键。在我国慢性病防治体医融合的发展过程中面临政府部门推动力有待加强,市场驱动力不足以及社会阻力大等因素的挑战。在深入推进全民健康服务供给侧结构性改革过程中,完善体育健康服务的法律法规,加强组织协调能力和拓宽资金来源等是化解慢性病防治体医融合发展过程中跨部门体制机制问题的关键。

Through the study of key cases of different modes of physical and medical integration pilot,the problems and countermeasures in the practice of physical and medical integration are analyzed.The study suggests that,the development of the integration of sports and medicine for preventing and treating chronic diseases in China has just started.In the experimental project that has been carried out,it is found that the key is to create the interdisciplinary composite team service mode,improve the management standards of sports health service,build the health management platform of the sports and medical linkage and improve the reserve talent training system of sports health service.In China,there are numerous practical challenges in the development of the integration of sports and medicine throughout the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases,which mainly reflect in the weakness impetus from the government,the insufficient driving force of the market and the large social resistance.In order to promote the deepening reform of the national health service,improve the laws and regulations of sports health service,strengthen the ability of organization and coordination and broaden the source of funds are the key to solve the problems of cross department system and mechanism in the process of the development of sports medicine integration for the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases.
