摘要
含硼冷镦钢10B21在顶锻检验时出现异常开裂,为分析造成顶锻开裂的主要原因,对顶锻开裂试样进行宏观观察、金相组织、非金属夹杂物、扫描电镜及能谱等检测分析结果表明:10B21顶锻异常开裂的主要原因是材料表面存在裂纹并伴随异金属夹杂物,异金属夹杂物产生于炼钢环节。
In order to analyze the main causes of the cracking on cold heading boron steel 10 B21 during forging process, the cracking samples were investigated through macro observation and were tested with SEM and EDS for metallographic structure and non-metallic inclusion. The results show that the main reason for the crack of 10 B21 during forging is due to the cracks on the surface of the material and its heterometallic inclusions which were induced during steelmaking.
