摘要
对S45C钢加工零件开裂进行了化学成分、硬度检测、金相组织、电镜能谱分析。结果表明,淬火时形成的马氏体增大了材料的内应力不均匀性,是开裂的主要原因,同时材料内P元素含量较高,增加了淬火过程中沿晶开裂的倾向。试验表明,适当降低淬火温度可有效解决此种开裂问题。
The cracking of parts of steel S45C was analyzed by chemical composition,hardness test,metallographic structure and EDS.The results show that the main reason of cracking is that the martensite formed during quenching which increases the internal stress inhomogeneity of the material,and the high content of P element in the material increases the tendency of intergranular cracking during quenching.The results show that the cracking can be effectively avoided by properly reducing the quenching temperature.
