激光毛化技术在安钢1550 mm冷轧-连退机组应用实践

论述了轧辊毛化技术常用方式及原理,指出激光毛化技术特点并简介安钢冷轧-连退机组轧机、平整机工作辊应用激光毛化技术生产现状。实践表明:通过应用激光毛化辊对带钢进行轧制、平整工艺,获得了表面形貌鲜映度更高的成品带钢,减少了连退炉内跑偏、挂壁、断带等事故,同时改善了带钢深冲、涂镀和防锈性能,满足了终端客户对带钢深加工的需求。

This paper discusses the common methods and principles of laser roughing technology for rolls,points out the technical characteristics of laser roughing and introduces the production status of the application of laser roughing technology in the work rolls of Angang's cold rolling-continuous rolling mill and leveler.The practice has shown that by using rollers processed with laser roughing to roll and flatten the steel strip,a finished steel strip with a higher surface appearance and freshness is obtained.At the same time,the further drawing,coating and anti-rust properties of the steel strip are improved which can meet the end customers demand for further processing of the steel strips.
