检索意识对于创新人才培养不可或缺。采用问卷形式,对大学生的检索知识、情感、意志和行为进行摸底调查发现,大二学生的检索意识开始萌芽。通过更新检索知识、陶冶检索情感、磨练检索意志和培养检索习惯,是增强检索意识、促进创新人才培养的重要途径。

Retrieval consciousness is indispensable to the cultivation of innovative talents.By means of questionnaire,this paper investigates the retrieval knowledge,emotion,will and behavior of college students and finds that the retrieval consciousness of sophomores begins to sprout.It is an important way to strengthen the consciousness of retrieval and promote the cultivation of innovative talents through updating retrieval knowledge,cultivating retrieval emotion,tempering retrieval will and cultivating retrieval habit.
